Available Lambs

We offer a limited number of Valais Blacknose lambs each season. Each lamb is raised on pasture, handled regularly, and observed closely as it grows so we understand how it develops over time.

Below you will find the lambs currently available or recently reserved. Each listing includes photos and basic information about the lamb along with its sire and dam. HVV Nixie Noir is a stunning Valais Blacknose ewe lamb. She is beautifully marked, boldly patterned, and wrapped in the soft, well-defined curls this breed is known for. Nixie is sired by Black Oak Bentley, a proven Valais Blacknose ram whose offspring are already standing out in the breed. Bentley is the sire of Iowa Lucky Strike and Stone Creek Meadow Leika, two exceptional Valais Blacknose sheep who each earned Maximum Points in 2024.

Iowa Lucky Strike made history as the first of only two Valais Blacknose rams in the United States to receive Maximum Points at the 2024 USA National Valais Blacknose Show and Grading. He was also named Grand Champion Purebred Ram and Supreme Champion Purebred at that same event. Lucky Strike is a full sibling to SCM Leika, Stone Creek Meadow’s Maximum Points ewe.

HVV Nixie Noir

HVV Nairobi Nights is the first Valais Blacknose ram lamb we are offering, and we are proud of how he has developed from the day he was born. He is beautifully marked, calm-natured, and already carries the kind of presence that makes a young ram stand out. Nairobi Nights is out of VSI Kupkake and Parkdale George, a pairing that performed exceptionally well through IVF and produced a strong group of quality Valais Blacknose lambs. This little ram brings together correct markings, breed character, and an exceptionally gentle temperament.

His sire line adds real depth to his pedigree. Parkdale George is sired by Parkdale Eric, who also sired Parkdale Greta, Supreme Champion Valais at the 2024 New Zealand Agricultural Show. George’s grandsire, Rose Creek Prinz Eugen, is the sire of Laurelhighland Bubbles, one of only three sheep to earn Maximum Points at the 2023 USA National Valais Blacknose Sheep Show. Prinz Eugen is also the sire of Iowa Kevin, Champion Valais Ram and Reserve Supreme Champion at the same show, who later earned Maximum Points in 2024.

The strength continues on the dam side of George’s pedigree. Parkdale Bubbles is the dam of both Laurelhighland Bubbles and Iowa Kevin, two highly accomplished Valais Blacknose sheep with proven show-ring recognition. HVV Nairobi Nights

HVV Nori Yuki is a beautiful Valais Blacknose ewe lamb out of WPF Gloria and Iowa Kevin. She is sweet, eye-catching, and full of the fleece quality this breed is loved for, with gorgeous curl and crimp already showing. Nori Yuki is nearly perfect in her markings, with just one small spot near the base of her horn, pictured below. Even with that tiny detail, she has the kind of charm and breed character that makes her hard to pass by.

Her sire, Iowa Kevin, brings highly sought-after Valais Blacknose genetics to this pedigree. Kevin has earned Maximum Points gradings and was one of only two Valais Blacknose rams in the United States to receive Maximum Points at the 2024 USA National Valais Blacknose Show and Grading. He was also named Reserve Champion Purebred Ram at that same event.

Kevin’s show record speaks for itself. In 2023, he was named Grand Champion Purebred Ram and Reserve Supreme Champion Purebred at the USA National Valais Blacknose Show. He also placed 4th Overall Purebred Ram at the 2025 USA National Valais Blacknose Show and Grading. HVV Nico Roots is one we pulled from the keeper pen, not because he lacks quality, but because we simply cannot keep every ram. He is a gorgeous Valais Blacknose ram lamb with beautiful conformation, a strong Roman nose and the kind of breed character we love seeing develop early. Nico is out of our lovely Kake, who has proven herself again and again as a remarkable producer. She consistently stamps her lambs with strong structure, eye-catching markings, and excellent Valais Blacknose breed type.

His sire line through Parkdale George brings serious depth to this pedigree. George is sired by Parkdale Eric, who also sired Parkdale Greta, Supreme Champion Valais at the 2024 New Zealand Agricultural Show.
